Placing an Order

Ordering is easy! Simply browse our shop, add your favorite products to cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
• Delivery time: • Domestic: 3–7 business days • International: 7–14 business days (may vary by country)
• Shipping costs: • Free shipping on orders over $50 (domestic) • Flat rate for international orders

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied:

• You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original packaging with seals intact.
• To start a return:
  1. Email us at help@calmd.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll reply with return instructions

Note: Final sale items and opened products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll help you swap for the right product.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to reflect the refund.
